Meet the Eagles food signup:

We are providing the meal for MTE. The Stark's do the BBQ for the event and we ask that everyone help bring sides to make the event successful. You may purchase items on your own and cook or you can ask for donations for the booster club (i.e. HEB, Walmart, etc.). If you plan to ask for a donation, please reach out to your class representative that Brandi specified so that we can keep record of places we have asked for donations. You are also welcome to purchase sides from restaurants if you prefer that option.

We are working on putting a Tax ID form on our website for easier access when asking for donations.

Meet the Eagles: Jan. 26.

We need volunteers to bring sides, help serve food, help decorate the day of, and clean up at the conclusion of the event. We also need volunteers to put together baskets and other silent auction items. We will be serving brisket (donated) and sides. In addition, for those new to the program, we have a “desert contest”. Each class (freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors) gets together as a group to make desserts. At the event, there will be an opportunity to drop donations at the class' table. The class with the most donations will be announced at the end and have bragging rights. Another thing added this year is that attendees will have the option to purchase from the team store that is currently posted. We will have samples there for folks to look at.
